Job Summary:

TrueNorth is seeking a skilled DevOps and Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the reliability, availability, and performance of the company's estate. This is a varied role that involves a blend of infrastructure management, application support, and reliability engineering practices to ensure seamless operations and great user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial experience in IT infrastructure management and support, application support, or site reliability
Monitoring, observability, logging tech, and tools
Cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Monitoring and logging

Requirements:
2+ years of commercial experience in this space
Excellent benefits, including private healthcare and a 15% pension contribution

What We Offer:

Hybrid working 2-3 days per week from Newcastle City Centre offices
