Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Technical Project Coordinator. The primary focus will be on assisting with the delivery of customer network, server and cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of customer network, server and cloud projects
  • Configure switches and create firewall policies
  • Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Investigate and resolve incident tickets escalated from the Service Desk
  • Maintain knowledge of industry-leading technologies including Cisco, Ruckus, Fortigate, Watchguard, and Sophos

Technical Requirements:

  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365
  • Virtualisation (VMware/HyperV/Nutanix)
  • TCP/IP Networking (DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing)
  • Powershell Scripting
  • Cisco/Ruckus and similar
  • Fortigate/Watchguard/Sophos
  • Endpoint Management and Security
  • Backup Management
  • PRTG

Salary and Benefits:
