Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Clinical Skills Educator to join our community care team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Skills Educator, you will play a vital role in providing competency-based training across our Integrated care teams and supported discharge service.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our patients and staff.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a professional healthcare qualification and recognized teaching and assessing or equivalent qualification. You will also need to have post-registration experience, a broad range of clinical experience, and experience of clinical skills teaching. A desirable qualification is evidence of specialist training and experience at band 6 level.
