Support Assistant for SEMH Students

Protocol Education Ltd is a leading provider of education recruitment solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Support Assistant to work with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) students in Shropshire.
Job Description:- We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Assistant for SEMH students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with Autism (ASC) and/or Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs (SEMH). They will be responsible for providing one-to-one support and conducting group sessions, following the school curriculum and collaborating with the classroom teacher.
Requirements:- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
- Ability to create strong relationships with staff, students, parents, governors, professionals, and the local community
