Temporary Accounts Payable Role in Cheltenham

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling purchase orders, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify invoices for payment
  • Reconcile purchase orders and invoices received
  • Post invoices and credit notes in the system
  • Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Deal with external and internal queries by phone and email
  • Prepare and process supplier payments
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Good accounts payable experience
  • Credit card management experience
  • Pre-paid card management experience

What We Offer

Hourly pay rate of around £12-£13 an hour. Flexible working options are available.
