My client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their dynamic Finance team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process direct cost invoices, ensuring accuracy and authorization for payments.
- Support the purchase ledger inbox and service desk queries.
- Perform daily exports from the reservation system and upload invoices into the accounting system.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of weekly payment runs to suppliers.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reconcile intercompany statements and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- A strong focus on details and accuracy.
- Experience with accounting systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
