About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Executive to join our team at Imperial Brands PLC. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Valid Full UK driving licence.
