Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices, conducting supplier and client account reconciliations, and handling various financial tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices
  • Manage supplier and client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support the Financial Controller with administrative tasks, including preparing accounting journals and carrying out balance sheet reconciliations
  • Perform other duties as required by the Financial Controller
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's licence is required for this role
