About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Carl Dylan Resourcing Limited as an Assistant Store Manager in the Watford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including stock management, customer service, and team performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promoting a positive store environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize store performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Manager or Leader in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
