Job Title: Site Fitter- Supervisor

Falcon Green Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Fitter- Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from first fix to handover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with a deep understanding of all aspects of internals. You will be responsible for managing all MEP, Drylining, and Carpentry packages, ensuring that all works are carried out as required and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take units from 1st fix to handover
  • Manage all MEP, Drylining, and Carpentry packages
  • Carry out QA inspections
  • Ensure all works are carried out as required
  • Manage the quality of completed works
  • Conduct regular sub-contractor meetings
  • Liaise directly with Project Manager and other Site Managers
Requirements:
  • Black or White CSCS, SMSTS, and FIRST AID certifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Fit-out Site Manager
  • Previous experience involving mixed-use developments
  • Main contractor experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
