Job Title: Team Leader Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader Manager to lead our team in Lincoln, United Kingdom.

  • This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring targets are met while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate, and support the team to meet performance targets and goals.
  2. Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  3. Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback and address issues.
  4. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
  5. Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture.
  6. Assist in the training and development of new team members.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team management tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
