Staffline is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join their team at a leading national bakery in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all aspects of food production.

About the Role
  • Quality control of materials, packaging, and production equipment to agreed specifications.
  • Recording specification results on the relevant inspection report.
  • Informing the technical department of any non-conformances.
  • Completing weekly quality attribute sheet for finished products.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern. The hourly rate for this position is £15.05 per hour for night shifts and £15.75 per hour for day shifts. Opportunities for overtime may be available based on the needs of the business.

About You
  • You should have level 2 qualifications in both HACCP and Food Safety & Hygiene.
  • You should be a strong communicator with a focus on producing high-quality products for consumers.
  • You must be quick to act and proactively make decisions based on your understanding of Health and Safety within Food Production.
