Scientific Instrumentation Specialist

As a Scientific Instrumentation Specialist at our client, you will have the opportunity to work with sophisticated laboratory-based instrumentation used in various applications, including automation and robotics, and optical visualization systems. Our company is a leader in supplying cutting-edge laboratory technology, trusted by scientific professionals to deliver high-quality product solutions across key markets such as life science research and laboratory diagnostics.
This role involves planned preventative maintenance, service, breakdown, and repair of leading-edge Laboratory Instrumentation based at customer sites throughout the region. The position is home-based, requiring travel to customer sites to ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
Suitable candidates for this exciting role will possess a qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or Science and have gained experience working in a customer-facing field service engineer or technical support environment. Full and comprehensive product training will be provided.

The salary for this role is up to £47K, including a generous benefits package, which includes a 10% Bonus, fully expensed company van, life assurance, pension scheme, lunch allowance, laptop, mobile phone, and opportunities to progress your career within a technically innovative organization.
