Neighbourhood Services Officer

- Oversee designated social housing neighbourhoods, ensuring adherence to tenancy conditions and achieving service targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to address anti-social behaviour and provide vital support to residents during critical situations.
- Offer general housing advice, assist new tenants in understanding their rights and responsibilities, and ensure they settle into their homes.
- Maintain accurate records on systems like ONE Housing and ensure strong data governance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of housing and tenancy law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital systems.
- Proven experience in a housing sector environment focused on outstanding customer service.
- Experience in managing customer complaints effectively, ensuring needs are prioritized.
- Resilient and empathetic, able to handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Awareness of cultural diversity and ability to provide tailored support.
