About the Position
The Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce, you will play a critical role in supporting the Navy, Marine Corps, Joint, and Allied Forces with high-quality supplies and services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating material acquisitions, providing assistance to the fleet on logistics management inquiries, and collecting and analyzing data for readiness reporting. You will also determine the acquisition method to be used, develop funding for ongoing requirements needs, and new initiatives.
Requirements
Requires a 4-year degree (any major) or 3 years of general experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
