About the Role

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Service Scheduler and Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling routine service visits, dispatching callouts, and managing the engineers' diaries.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule planned maintenance and reactive works for a team of engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks and maximize productivity.
  • Complete relevant documents such as permits to ensure works go ahead as planned and maintain accurate records.
  • Work on multiple customer portals to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Act as a point of contact for dedicated National customers, providing first-class service via phone and email.
  • Manage the diaries, including re-scheduling works to cover engineer absences or emergency works, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Collaborate with the Planning team manager and mentors to meet individual and team KPIs, driving business success.

Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills and experience, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills, enabling clear and concise communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a high-pressure environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Computer proficiency, with the ability to handle multiple PC applications simultaneously.
  • A strong sense of urgency, with the ability to follow through and have attention to detail, ensuring task completion and accuracy.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex situations effectively.
