We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Water Instructor at our Leatherhead Fitness and Wellbeing Centre.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities and be able to provide safe and effective swimming lessons. They will also have a confident and approachable manner, with excellent communication skills and experience of coaching swimmers.

The ideal candidate will have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification and a good understanding of how to coach swimmers of different ages and abilities. Additionally, they will have experience of achieving targets and working collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching programmes.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £20.40 per hour, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including holiday entitlement in line with the Working Time Directive and access to our pension scheme.

In this role, you will be required to engage and inspire members to achieve their swimming goals, make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop, and deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
