Water Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team at our Leatherhead Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities and be able to provide safe and effective swimming lessons.

The ideal candidate will have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification and a good understanding of how to coach swimmers of different ages and abilities. Additionally, they will have experience of working with colleagues to improve teaching programmes and achieving targets.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £20.40 per hour, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month and access to our pension scheme.

In this role, you will be required to deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer, and act as a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach.
