About the Role

The Field Care Supervisor is a key position within our team, responsible for delivering high-quality care support services to our clients. This role involves assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising and supporting care workers, and working with care coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments and needs analysis.
  • Supervise and support care workers in the field, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
  • Work with care coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas, taking into account individual needs and skills.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs and develop holistic packages of care support.
  • Shadow new care workers to ensure their competence and provide on-site observation and evaluation of care worker practice.

Requirements
