Job Summary
Global manufacturer in Plymouth seeks an experienced Engineering Technician to work on a 3 on, 3 off night shift. The successful candidate will join the Process Engineering Team to support technical challenges in production areas, applying technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to Production Technicians in resolving machine-related faults.
• Act as a process expert for specific equipment, guiding others and sharing knowledge.
• Mentor Production Technicians in fault diagnosis and technology utilisation.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing equipment, focusing on cost reductions, productivity, quality, and health & safety.

Requirements
• Minimum of a level 3 qualification or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven Engineering experience in high-speed, automated, or high-volume assembly/manufacturing.
• Strong engineering aptitude with the ability to fault-find and resolve technical problems.

Working Arrangements
The successful candidate must be able to work a continual 3 on 3 off night shift pattern, working 23:00 to 11:00. The salary advertised is inclusive of 48% shift premium.
