**Job Description:**

We require a Support Companion to work with a gentleman in his own home and within the local community. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.

The role involves providing support and companionship, attending appointments, and helping the individual develop their confidence in social situations.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or support worker
  • Good understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

**Salary:** £12-15 per hour (dependent on experience)
