Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creating completion packs to provide to local authorities or working partnerships for banking/ECO banking/proof of completion
  • Supporting banking submissions to our energy providers, ensuring packs are thoroughly checked and compliant for submission
  • Attending project meetings for new projects, project updates, and completion
  • Working proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in Compliance
  • Overseeing and undertaking compliance audits, ensuring an action plan with SMART objectives is established to address issues identified
  • Working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Shaping, promoting, and exemplifying company and department standards, policies, and procedures
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of proven previous experience in an ECO compliance role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Good telephone manner, active listening, and ability to deal with urgent situations
  • Ability to prioritise work to ensure tasks are completed within time constraints
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with varying senior levels, including staff, managers, and external partners
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Proficient and experienced in Microsoft packages
Working Relationships

Reporting to Head of Quality and Compliance. Liaising with internal stakeholders and affiliated business partners. Liaising and working closely with third-party suppliers and delivery agents where required in the delivery of compliance.
