About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Risk Assurance function within the Financial Services Risk and Regulation team at RSM. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing regulatory advice and guidance to clients within the financial services sector, supporting them to maintain compliance and manage risk in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Conduct structured document reviews and gap analysis against regulatory requirements and industry practice.
  • Develop solutions and draft reports and detailed recommendations.
  • Quality assurance review of work undertaken on client projects.
  • Approval of work in line with professional standards.
  • Assist in the delivery of Financial Conduct Authority Section 166 Skilled Persons engagements.
