Risk and Regulation Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional Risk and Regulation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Risk & Regulation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality risk management and regulatory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to enhance our clients' approach to risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our clients' operating model across the three lines of defence
- Enhance corporate governance and risk culture, and help our clients embed good consumer and conduct outcomes
- Deliver effective regulatory change, including providing independent assurance and Skilled Person reviews
- A minimum of 2 years' recent experience working at a management consultancy, or for a financial services firm (preferably in a risk, compliance or transformation role)
- A desire to become an expert in risk and regulation and enthusiasm to apply this to delivery and transformational projects
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
