Job Title: Cybersecurity Policy Manager

Location: Cheltenham

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

This role involves developing and implementing information assurance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Candidates should have a solid grasp of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments to identify, assess, and prioritise security risks.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to ensure the security of network infrastructure, servers, and endpoints.

Preferred qualifications include experience in IT Quality Assurance, Information Security, and Assurance, as well as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent qualification.
