Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs on HSE best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE-related matters, including incident reporting and investigation.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including injury and illness rates, and environmental impact.
