We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team at Leonardo. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to site stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the sites, promoting a positive safety culture and best practice.
- Deliver continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards and practices.
- Assess and mitigate risks across all Luton managed sites.
- Develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
- Lead on HSE projects as assigned by the HSE Manager.
- SC level clearance.
- Proven track record of delivering HSE improvements.
- Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001).
- Experience of running/auditing HSE management systems.
- NEBOSH General certification (minimum) or working towards NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ level 6.
- Self-starter/able to work on own initiative.
- Good analytical skills.
- Resilience, ability to work under pressure.
- Good presentation skills.
