Job Title: HSE Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team at Leonardo. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to site stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the sites, promoting a positive safety culture and best practice.
  • Deliver continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards and practices.
  • Assess and mitigate risks across all Luton managed sites.
  • Develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
  • Lead on HSE projects as assigned by the HSE Manager.
Requirements:
  • SC level clearance.
  • Proven track record of delivering HSE improvements.
  • Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001).
  • Experience of running/auditing HSE management systems.
  • NEBOSH General certification (minimum) or working towards NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ level 6.
  • Self-starter/able to work on own initiative.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Resilience, ability to work under pressure.
  • Good presentation skills.
