Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Materials Leadership Specialist to lead our material management function within the service business. This role will be responsible for managing our UK Lifts and Escalators business, working closely with Global Spares Supply (GSS) and other Service business functions.


About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage projects, optimize materials ordering processes, and support regions in spares identification and utilization of Product Information Portal (PIP). As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experts in service operations tools and processes, adapting to change while maintaining focus on key business goals and objectives.


Responsibilities
  • Lead projects in collaboration with Global Spares Supply (GSS)
  • Optimize materials ordering processes
  • Manage master data associated with materials and storage locations / UPS access points
  • Support regions in spares identification and utilization of Product Information Portal (PIP)

Requirements
  • Project Management experience
  • Change Management skills
  • Knowledge of service operations tools and processes
  • Able to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse, changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
