Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Director to oversee and manage our portfolio of 10 care homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership to home managers, inspiring and guiding them to achieve excellence in care delivery and operational performance.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure all care homes comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, implementing improvement plans where necessary.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the sustainability and profitability of each care home.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance frameworks, conduct regular audits, and lead initiatives to enhance care standards and resident satisfaction.
- Staff Development: Promote professional development and training for all staff, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or care home sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in care homes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
