Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Business Analyst to join our team at Crew Clothing Company. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business transformation and process improvements across various departments.

Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to improve processes and systems.
- Analyze business requirements and document processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Work with departments to enhance and improve processes through automation and optimization.
- Provide excellent documentation and communication to stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and up-to-date.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience working in a retail environment, with knowledge of AX or other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
