Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at iBC Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, including those with profound and complex needs.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Supporting individuals to access community facilities and participate in community groups.
  • Building strong relationships with individuals to promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • Empowering individuals to learn new skills and pursue their interests.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in the care industry, preferably with individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for some roles).
