We are seeking a skilled and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at NexGen Group, a leading provider of cleaning and grounds maintenance services. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform lawn cutting and edging services to ensure a high-quality finish
  • Carry out landscape gardening and landscaping tasks, including planting and pruning
  • Conduct greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks, such as mowing and watering
  • Prune hedges and shrubs to maintain their shape and appearance
  • Control weeds and maintain the overall health of the outdoor space
  • Pick up litter and sweep pathways to ensure a safe and clean environment

Requirements

  • 1 year of professional experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Full UK manual driving license
