About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group, an award-winning provider of professional cleaning and grounds maintenance services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to our clients in and around Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lawn cutting and maintenance
  • Landscape gardening and landscaping
  • Greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks
  • Hedge pruning and trimming
  • Spraying and pest control
Requirements
  • IT literacy and proficiency in using tablet and smartphone apps
  • Manual driving license and ability to operate a van
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in grounds work or gardening
