Senior Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in advancing our internal communications strategy and promoting effective information sharing within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to ensure that essential company information reaches our team members effectively.
- Cultivate an organisational culture where two-way internal communication is at the core of our success, and where every team member is engaged in enhancing communication.
- Advocate the critical role of internal communication in our business and ensure consistent brand usage.
- Continuously assess the performance of our internal communications.
- Create and manage compelling, consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels.
- Implement, develop, and oversee internal communication activities and initiatives, including video content.
- Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with our HR team on EVP propositions and brand advocacy projects.
