  • Attend Bridge and Focal Point meetings.
  • Organize, supervise, and lead Operational/Technical meetings.
  • Take tactical decisions and coordinate the Rescue Team during rescue operations on scene, in coordination with the SARCo.
  • Supervise the different checklists (Deck, Rhibs, Weekly).
  • Supervise the SAR Team's Hospitality duties.
  • Organize and supervise the briefings and de-briefings.
  • Supervise the Pre-P.O.S. operations.
  • Supervise that all reports, handovers, enquiries are done.
  • Participate in the evaluation of all the SAR Team Members together with the SAR HR Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience in Central Mediterranean Sea and/or Aegean Sea SAR operations.
  • Navigation experience.
