Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure exceptional quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations
• Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and concepts
• Represent Chartwells - Schools and maintain a positive brand image

Requirements:

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Experience in a similar Chef role
• Food Hygiene certificate
• Flexible approach to working
