Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-class support to students, helping them to understand and engage with complex curriculum content.
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group intervention sessions, tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Assist students in developing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling them to maximise their potential at school.
  • Review and analyse past exam papers, providing students with valuable insights and guidance on effective revision techniques.
  • Support and advise students on effective revision strategies, helping them to prepare for exams and achieve their academic goals.
  • Assist students with Oxbridge University applications, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Key Information:
  • Initial one-year contracts with the option of extensions.
  • Competitive salary of £18,750-£21,000 per annum, paid weekly via PAYE.
  • Work 39 weeks per year, with 13 weeks of annual leave.
