English Academic Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English graduate to join our team as an English Academic Mentor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about English and wants to inspire young minds.

About the Role:

  • Lead engaging small group and 1:1 intervention sessions with GCSE and A-Level students to support their academic progress.
  • Work closely with experienced teachers to gain invaluable mentorship and insight into the teaching profession.
  • Develop creative and accessible resources to make challenging concepts more approachable for students of all abilities.
  • Explore potential pathways into teaching, with opportunities to start teacher training from September 2025.
  • Benefit from a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm), with a competitive weekly salary of £500-£560.

Requirements:
