Job Overview

We're looking for a Sales Manager to play a key role in launching our new property in London Victoria. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new commercial activities and increasing the profit margin for The July. This includes building our presence in the London market, creating strong networks, and identifying business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Target new corporate accounts, group business, and other events to drive business growth
  • Negotiate and secure both new and existing corporate contracts to surpass revenue targets
  • Work closely together with different departments and HQ to maximize revenue
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Host site visits and presentations to potential clients
  • Prepare and present hotel sales performance reports and local market trends to the Director of Sales
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum three or more years of proven experience in a similar hotel sales-based role
  • Strong negotiating and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Engaging personality
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and written
  • A passion for sales and confidence in converting enquiries
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of current market trends
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
