At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking an Education Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome learning challenges and achieve their full potential.

This is a term-time only position, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young adults with autism and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in this role.

The successful candidate will provide individual support to pupils who are struggling to engage with education, assisting students with challenging behaviour, attendance, and engagement. They will also communicate regularly with pupils, staff, and parents, identifying those in need of support and developing strategies for better behaviour management.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to making a positive impact on students' lives.
