Senior Residential Children's Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Children's Worker to join our team in St Helens, Merseyside.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to children with Emotional Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) as part of a specialist service.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To attend regular staff meetings and supervisions to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
  2. To take accountability for decisions regarding the welfare of young people and staff members during shifts.
  3. To identify and report any suspicions or evidence of harm to vulnerable children.
  4. To commit to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
