Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at HONOR, a leading global provider of innovative technology solutions, in Reading, UK. In the future, the role will be based in London.
Main Responsibilities:- Receiving and disseminating information from facilities suppliers on daily checks and notifying relevant parties.
- Developing and distributing internal communications, including office maintenance updates, department policy changes, public transportation disruptions, etc.
- Managing office layouts, including workspace assignments for new and departing employees.
- Coordinating meetings and events, such as birthday celebrations, venue arrangement, decoration, table setting.
- Procuring stationery, managing inventory, and distributing supplies.
- Welcome and onboard new employees.
- Overseeing all activities related to in-office support, internal communications, asset management, helpdesk, and inventory.
- A degree in Business studies/Administration/Management or above is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field is essential for this position.
- A valid work permit is necessary; HONOR does not provide visa sponsorship.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of office-related activities are essential.
- Resourceful, initiative-taking, detail-oriented, and independent candidates are preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- A good team player with the ability to work under pressure is necessary.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to respond positively to unexpected situations.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
