About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health Manchester Printworks Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups, adapting to the needs of each student.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
- Provide a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve lesson quality and student outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of swimming programs and initiatives that align with Nuffield Health's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons.
