Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Level 2 qualified swimming teacher or coach to join our team at a hotel in Worsley, Manchester. As a swimming instructor, you will be responsible for delivering fantastic one-to-one adult lessons following our programme syllabus and teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality one-to-one adult swimming lessons to clients with varying levels of experience and ability.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, hotel staff, and management to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Participate in regular instructor development sessions to expand your knowledge of swimming and triathlon techniques.
  • Record client progress and provide regular feedback to management.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for clients, hotel guests, and staff.

Requirements

  • Level 2 qualified swimming teacher or coach with a competitive swimming background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for teaching and coaching swimming, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
