About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Radiographer to join our team at Ramsay Health Care. As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of radiographers to ensure efficient and effective imaging services
- Develop and implement imaging protocols to ensure high-quality images and patient safety
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to junior radiographers
Requirements
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience in more than one imaging modality
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively supervise a team and work independently as required
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated computer skills and RIS/PACS experience
- Member of the Society of Radiographers (SoR)
