About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Radiographer to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited. As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality imaging services and prioritizing patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of radiographers in delivering high-quality imaging services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
- Provide training and support to junior radiographers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of the radiology department's strategic plan and objectives
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Radiography
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Member of the Society of Radiographers (SoR)
- Experience in more than one imaging modality
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively supervise a team and work independently as required
- Supports the Ramsay culture; contributing to and fostering a positive working team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated Computer Skills and RIS PACs experience
