Financial Analyst Job Description

Orka Financial is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business decisions by providing accurate and timely financial data and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue company sales data tables, including flash reports, holiday/incentive targets, league table reporting, and deals done.
  • Prepare financial data packs for Quarterly Board meetings and AGM, including supporting analysis.
  • Submit external reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and populate sales consultants' billing tables on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update company budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide regular analysis of commercial and financial data to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate commercial and financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Support company stakeholders and team members with other ad hoc tasks and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
