Electrical Systems Specialist

Fitting of electrical components in accordance with engineering drawings is a key responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling a wide variety of electrical control panels, including PLCs, invertors, sensors, relays, busbars, breakers, drives, and invertors.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and testing of electrical panels and cable assemblies
- Commissioning of machines, and factory and site acceptance
- Fitting of electrical components in accordance with engineering drawings
- Assembling a wide variety of electrical control panels
The ideal candidate will hold a formal qualification in electrical engineering, such as BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition), and have relevant experience working in an industrial environment. A strong understanding of control and automation systems, as well as experience in building and modifying control panels, is also essential.
Able to read schematic drawings and work flexibly within a team, the successful candidate will also have adaptability to periodic tight timescales.
