About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of events and daily operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our culinary and service teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and food quality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
