About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Patient Catering Supervisor to join our team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth provision of food and drink services to our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of catering staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and drink services.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and COSHH.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food safety and quality procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Catering Manager to develop and implement catering policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Food Safety Management qualification.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and COSHH.
  • Experience of supervising a team in a catering environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
